Join us for the release of Juliet Buesing’s debut poetry collection, When He Leaves. A signing will follow.
Featuring original watercolors by the author, When He Leaves is more than just verse. Each piece cuts to the heart of grief, heartache, healing, and hope, while carrying readers on a journey to rediscover the beauty and meaning of life. Whether heartbroken by a lover or grieving the world at large, When He Leaves will remind you that you are not alone. Indeed you are “the sun, the North Star, the naked autumn sky…”
Juliet Buesing lives in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlottesville with her dog, Coby. Before moving south, she spent five years as an English teacher in Boston, where she also coached the Louder than a Bomb state champion slam poetry team Urban Ego.
