Join us as we celebrate Laura Lee Gulledge’s inspiring book Sketchbook Dares: 24 Ways to Draw Out Your Inner Artist. A signing will follow. This event is free and open to the public.
In this special interactive event, local graphic novelist Laura Lee Gulledge will share her love of sketchbooks and demonstrate some of her favorite drawing activities featured in her new book of creative prompts, Sketchbook Dares. The best part? You’ll be invited to draw along! Plus, she’ll share how sketchbooks can help you find your voice, build confidence, and even lead to making graphic novels. Because tackling the blank page does make you daring! Amateur and scaredy-cat artists of all ages are welcome.
